Environmental Performance Sunny Yeung Associate Director of Sino Group Property Management Division For: Championing a comprehensive range of green initiatives. Sunny Yeung has been instrumental in putting environment on his organisation’s radar screen. He successfully turned awareness into action, by mobilizing staff and tenants of Sino’s managed properties to implement a series of green initiatives from building designs, energy conservation, air quality improvement to waste management. Yeung is an honorary associate professor at Hong Kong University’s School of Architecture and a tutor at City University. He is also an assessor at the HK Mediation Council, a Planning Environment & Land Committee convenor, a Real Estate Developers Association member and a Council Member of The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies Ltd.
