Working for inProjects (an independent project management fi rm) in association with Hsin Chong and MACE, Paul played an executive role in the delivery of specialist interior fi tting-out and construction project management for The Venetian Resort Hotel in Macau, the largest single-structure hotel in Asia, and the second largest building in the world. He was responsible the podium interior fi t-out and retail tenant coordination of the 1 mil sqft Venetian Grand Canal Shoppes and was involved from the initial strategic planning and procurement stages to the completion and handover to Venetian operations.

Paul has a Masters degree in Law is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, a practicing Member of the Academy of Experts and a Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. He has over 26 years of industry experience in leading project delivery teams including multi-billion dollar civil and building projects.

Judging panel said: “A project of this stature with an ambitious time
frame required an outstanding contribution from the PM involved.”
