Paul Scroggie has been responsible for interacting with over 3,000 HSBC employees in transforming over 320,000 sqf of office space since 2002. This has included offi ce space in their Headquarters building, 1 Queens Road Central, as well as other locations in Hong Kong. Paul was instrumental in facilitating the process of change management through a sophisticated procedure of staff and management engagement resulting in increase productivity and workplace satisfaction.

Scroggie has over 18 years’ experience in architectural design, project supervision and management in Asia. Since 2003, Scroggie has utilised his architectural expertise and knowledge on work environment issues to advise major clients on workplace solutions. He has been involved in design and supervision of various retail, mixed-use, residential and resort projects throughout Asia since 1986.

Judging panel said: “Showed true commitment to listening and communicating with all levels of the organisation, something key to facilitating change in the workplace.”
