Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager – international engineering consulting firm 

A well known international engineering consulting company requires Project Manager(s) & Assistant Project Manager(s) to be responsible for various building projects 

Responsibilities: 

- Responsible for managing various building projects including general building construction, fitting-out, factory construction etc in Hong Kong / Macau / PRC

- Liaise with client, contractor & other related parties

- Review tender document, monitor project progress, control cost etc. 

Essential skills/experience: 

- Excellent leadership and planning skills

- Analytical and strategic problem solving capabilities.

-  Minimum 10 years of experience in building & construction industry; less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager 

Qualifications: 

- Bachelor degree or above in Building / Construction Management or related subjects

- HKIA, HKIE, HKIS or relevant professional qualification 

Language requirement: 

- English, Cantonese & Mandarin
