Business Development Director (Corporate Real Estate APAC) – global real estate service provider 

A global real estate service provider requires a National Director to hold court and develop relationships with AP Corporate Real Estate Heads and Directors of local businesses. 
 

Responsibilities: 

-  Represent the company’s Asia Pacific service proposal and commercial position on Global bids

-  Lead teams to create solutions to Client briefs - on significant local and regional bids

-  Manage production teams and be responsible for deliverables, timeliness, quality of proposals etc

-  Interface with internal company business lines and define PDS portion of 2X and 3X bids

-  General marketing & business development in support of all Corporate BD work 
 

Essential skills/experience: 

-  Broad experience with Asia Pacific Corporate Clients

-  Have an understanding of all various project delivery models - including services, risk and commercial returns

-  Practical project delivery experience in at least 1 delivery model

- Singapore (preferable), Hong Kong (acceptable)
