Design & Planning Manager (India) – multinational technology corporation 

A well known multinational technology corporation requires a Design & Planning Manager to lead the design and planning team in India and provide overall management of this aspect of the portfolio. 

Responsibilities: 

- Responsible for the local deployment of Mobility, this role will have to establish strong work relations across functions within WPR and the company to achieve alignment with corporate Strategies Policies and best practices. 

Essential skills/experience: 

-  Needs to be able to work with our architects and designers for Campus construction and fit-out, making it fit the company’s standards, raising the bar on local standards, etc. 

- Part of the delivery team which includes architects, PMs, QSs etc. will cover about 1.5m square feet over the next 2- 3 years.

-  This person should also possess first class communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
