Regional Program Manager (Shanghai) – multinational technology corporation 

A well known multinational technology corporation requires a Regional Program Manager to leading strategic regional programs in support of the AsiaPac and Japan WPR organization. 

Responsibilities: 

- This role entails development and deployment of strategic programs and processes to ensure alignment with the company’s WPR corporate objectives. 

Essential skills/experience: 

- The individual will analyze and document viable strategic long term real estate plans (Metro Strategies) for major metropolitans, and be involved in the strategic planning and delivery process for major projects.

- Able to integrate technical expertise/experience, client’s business objectives and marketplace factors.

- A minimum of 5 years of related work experience is required in planning, architecture, interior design, facility management or project management in a high growth environment with a clear understanding of strategic planning. 

Qualifications: 

- Requires B.A./B.S. in Architecture, Design, Facility Management or related field.
