Regional Real Estate Manager (HK/Shanghai/China) – multinational technology corporation 

A well known multinational technology corporation requires a Regional Real Estate Manager to be responsible for aspects of real estate including: leasing projects, office construction projects and facility management activities within the Southeast Asian portfolio. 

Responsibilities: 

    - Implementing facilities management policies and practices

    - Manage leasing transactions (acquisitions, relocations, etc.), occupancy planning, moves, adds and changes projects in the existing facility.

    - Coordinate with leaders within the RE&F organization and business unit representatives 

Essential skills/experience: 

    - Strong relationship skills, able to develop ‘trusted advisor’ status.

    - Analytical and strategic problem solving capabilities.

    -  This person should also possess first class communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

    -  Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate, facilities management, construction management or related field. 

Qualifications: 

    - B.A. or B.S. in Facilities Management or CFM 

Language requirement: 

    - English, both spoken and written
