General Manager (Leasing) – large developer 

Responsibilities: 

- You will be responsible for formulating and implementing marketing and leasing strategies for the Group’s extensive rental portfolio covering commercial, retail, industrial and residential properties.

- Leading over 120 leasing professionals, your core role is to set annual income targets for all leasing teams to attain maximum investment yield and manage all leasing activities.

- To be successful, you need to constantly keep abreast of the most current leasing market information in Hong Kong and champion innovative leasing initiatives.

- You will actively maintain good relations with key tenants and establish strong network with real estate agents.

- To continuously enhance the value of our assets, you will formulate and implement asset enhancement works from time to time.

- You will also work closely with property management and promotions teams in planning and directing high quality promotional programs for our shopping malls.  

Requirements: 

- To meet the challenge, you should have a degree in business management or equivalent with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with prominent property developers or real estate agents.

- Not only dynamic and result oriented, you must have a strong passion for accomplishments and an ability to work under pressure.

- You should have good communications skills in both English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua preferred.
