International Commerce Centre (ICC) has opened its high-tech, 5,000 sqf show suite to prospective tenants on 6 September, 2007. Providing Grade-A office space meeting international standards, the ICC will be a distinctive commercial complex on the Kowloon peninsula and a new Hong Kong architectural icon.
Situated above the Airport Express Station, and the newly opened Elements shopping Mall, the ICC will be the junction point of three major rail lines, offering transport access for local and international business in the burgeoning Pearl River Delta region.
Designed by world-renowned architects Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, it will be a 118 storey mega-tower which 80 floors have completed. "ICC will undoubtedly appeal to businesses that want accessibility and international grade-A specifications," according to Victor Liu, Executive Director, Sun Hung Kai Real Estate. . RFP
