ARA Asset Management (Singapore) Limited have appointed Stephen Chu as the Chief Executive Officer of Fortune REIT. He will be responsible for the overall management and performance of Fortune REIT including strategic planning, investor relations, asset management and investment activities of the REIT.

Chu replaces Sam Wu, who is moving within ARA Group to develop the group's China business. Fortune REIT owns and manages 11 retail malls in Hong Kong with a combined worth of approximately HK$9.2 bil. RFP
